Awesome and still running

Hello fellow drivers, I’ve had my odyssey since 2002 and I have never had any major issues. The only 4 things I’ve had issues with are the rear vent wing windows on the back (both of them). The other two are the fact that the old age and worn components of the sliding doors are starting it act up. I can really feel their age and may need to replace the bearings soon. Thank god I kept ownership simple and got the LX to avoid electrical drama on the auto open sliding doors. I’m a product of the 70’s and could care less about automatic sliding doors. The last issue I’ve had with ownership is the SRS ( airbag warning) light being intermittent. It decides to go on or off if it likes. Luckily it has absolutely nothing to do with vehicular operation. I want to believe I am the safest feature of the vehicle. Besides, isn’t that what the seat belts are for….. to conclude. I’ve had nothing major go wrong with it so far after 23 years of ownership. All I’ve had to pay for are the regular services like oil and transmission oil changes and every 3 to 5 years or so,maybe a belt replacement and brake adjustments /bleeding. Only replaced the pads once and have gone through 4 sets of tires in the 23 years of ownership. The van still works great and expect to own it another decade. I hope this was helpful… - 5.0

This old Honda compact van has served us well for 25 years! It now has about 140,000 miles on it and has been no trouble. Hauls a lot of stuff! Finally going to turn it loose. We figure with good snow tires and wheels, it's worth about $2500.… - 5.0

My 2000 Honda Odyssey has 210,000 miles on it. Has had maintenance required and check engine lights on for three years. But it runs great ! I drive it everyday. The Honda dealer in Billings Mt. Offered me $200 for trade in two years ago.…
